Amedea Pharma needed a digital solution to streamline how their internal teams and staff were managed across departments. The goal was to build a lightweight but scalable MVP that allowed pharmaceutical companies to register, onboard staff, assign roles, and track team performance in real time.

MVP Features Implemented

Company & Staff Registration

  • Companies can sign up and create their own staff accounts.
  • Each staff member is assigned a specific role-based access level (e.g., admin, manager, employee).

Advanced Activity Tracking

  • Companies can track staff activity daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Activities are auto-logged and reflected across various visual performance metrics.

Real-time Feedback System

  • Included live feedback forms so companies can collect and respond to team input instantly.

Data-Driven Dashboard

  • Built an intuitive dashboard that showcases:
    • Staff activity trends
    • Company-wide analytics
    • Role-based filters and performance summaries

 Role-Based Access

  • Different user roles (Admin, Manager, Staff) had customized access to features and data views.
  • Ensured privacy, security, and streamlined workflows across departments.

 Profile & Settings Pages

  • Staff could manage their personal information and notification settings.
  • Admins could update company-wide configurations from the settings panel.

Firstly, we made a neat and clean figma design

Then we would complete the Front end development

Then created database and workflows for app

Finally adjusted all the workflows in right position.

The whole app was built on Bubble

🧠 Strategy and Tools

It involved used of complex workflows and backend operations. It involved real time changes in database as well.

The main issue was making such complex workflows and then making an optimized version of it.
